Group Classes Focuses on Motion and Awareness helps you bring out with confidence your own personality to your dancing. Our Body Tonic Group Classes are limited to 16 students; so, that we can personally get to know you, your dancing and be available to answer any and all your questions throughout the 8 hours we are together. There are no limitations by style or level or experience the information we will cover is equally applicable to Ballroom and Latin dancing. The emphasis is on understanding the body movement concepts for dancing the importance of posture and how to introduce exercises that will add increase balance, strength, and flexibility to your dancing. |

Ballroom Tonic and Nia Classes!
Drop in class $15 ($12 on a package of 10) Register at the beginning of the cycle and save up to $3 per class
Our classes are size-positive, perfect for beginners, and ultra fun! (By the way, dance classes are 100% welcoming to adults of all sizes and ages.)
Apparel: Plan to wear comfortable, loose-fitting or semi-professional aerobic wear for the class.
Shoes: You will need to be able to swivel without hurting your knees, so it is highly recommend that you wear dance sneakers or regular athletic shoes modified at a shoe repair shop to have suede placed onto the bottoms.
